We arrange visual doorbells, written confirmations of every conversation and SMS-first communication on request.

Low-vision friendly

Large-print lease packs, audio walk-throughs of properties, and inspections paced for assistive cane or guide dog use.

NDIS & support coordinators

Comfortable working alongside support coordinators, OTs and SDA providers to match the right home to the right plan.

Modifications welcome

Open conversation with landlords about reasonable modifications – grab rails, ramps, lever taps – before you sign.

Inspection requests

Standard 10-minute open homes don't suit everyone. We're happy to arrange private inspections at a slower pace, send a video walk-through in advance, or meet you and your support worker on site. Just let us know what works.

Reasonable modifications

Under Queensland tenancy law, you can request reasonable modifications to a rental for disability-related needs. We'll negotiate with the landlord on your behalf and put the agreement in writing – before you commit to a lease.
